Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing & Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
